1. Shipping Terms

1.1. Delivery Locations. We deliver to all states and Union Territories in India, as well as select international destinations (subject to customs regulations).

1.2. Shipping Carriers. We use Delhivery and DTDC as our primary logistics partners.

1.3. Shipping Charges:

  • Normal Shipping (4–6 Working Days): Free of charge (pan-India).
  • Express Shipping (2–4 Working Days): ₹40 per order (pan-India).
  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and customs duties (customer's responsibility).

1.4. Sunday Deliveries. No deliveries on Sundays. Orders placed or dispatched on Fridays/Saturdays will be processed on the next working day (Monday).

1.5. Estimated Transit Times. While we target the above delivery windows, actual times may vary due to logistic delays, weather, or other unforeseen events. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

1.6. Order Tracking. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. Use this number on the carrier's website (Delhivery/DTDC) to track your shipment.

2. Exchange Policy

2.1. No Exchange Except for Damage/Expiry. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection. Exchanges are permitted only if the product arrives damaged or expired (in original sealed packaging).

2.2. Exchange Process.

  • Report damage/expiry within 3 days of delivery at help@pathavifarms.com with photographic evidence and order details.
  • Upon approval, we will arrange pick-up of the defective item at no cost to you (via Delhivery/DTDC).
  • We will dispatch a replacement product within 2–3 working days of receiving the defective item.

2.3. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items. All products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except as stated above.

3. Shipping Restrictions & Regulatory Compliance

3.1. Edible Product Compliance. All edible oil, ghee, and honey shipments comply with relevant FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) regulations.

3.2. Customs & Duties (International Orders). For international shipments, the Customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country.

3.3. Incorrect/Incomplete Address. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or repeated refusal by the Customer, Pathavi Farms reserves the right to treat the order as canceled. Any refund (if applicable) will be subject to deduction of shipping charges.
