Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Scope & Applicability

This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through www.pathavifarms.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Policy. For any queries, email us at help@pathavifarms.com.

2. Order Cancellation

2.1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel an order any time before we dispatch it. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

2.2. Cancellation Process

To cancel, send an email to help@pathavifarms.com with:

  • Your order number;
  • Your registered email address and phone number;
  • Reason for cancellation.

We will confirm cancellation via email within 24 hours.

3. Returns (Damage or Expiry Only)

3.1. Eligible Returns

Returns are permitted only if the product arrives damaged or expired. No other returns (e.g., buyer's remorse, incorrect choice) are accepted.

3.2. Notification Window

You must report any damage/expiry within 3 days of delivery by emailing help@pathavifarms.com with:

  • Photographic evidence of damage/expiry;
  • Order number;
  • Description of the issue.

3.3. Inspection & Approval

Upon receiving your request, we may (at our discretion) ask you to return the item for inspection. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Return Shipping & Handling

4.1. Return Shipping Costs

Pathavi Farms will bear the cost of return shipping for approved damage/expiry claims only. You must follow our designated logistics instructions (via Delhivery/DTDC).

4.2. Return Conditions

Products must be in their original packaging (sealed) and include all labels/tags. Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the return.

5. Refunds

5.1. Method & Timeframe

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking) within 7–10 working days of approval.

5.2. Refund Amount

The refunded amount will include only the product price. Express shipping charges (₹40) are non-refundable.

5.3. Refund Confirmation

We will notify you via email when your refund has been processed. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 working days to reflect the refund in your account.

6. Cancellation/Refund Exceptions

6.1. No cancellations, returns, or refunds are allowed for:

  • Change of mind;
  • Incorrect selection of product or quantity by the Customer;
  • Products opened, used, or tampered with (except when reporting damage/expiry in original sealed packaging).

6.2. Final Decision

In the event of any dispute, Pathavi Farms reserves the right to make a final decision on refunds, subject to applicable laws.
